For the translation process to be conducted smoothly, fast and as per the exact requirements of the client our experts at Cosmos Multilingual have assigned Project Managers who take care of the complete language related service being provided to the client. The role of the Project Manager is to manage & deliver the services requested with total transparency and confidentiality. The following procedure helps us in assisting the client with their particular language related needs:

Project manager analyses the initial query of the client


The target format, Purpose of translation, target dialect, target audience, target readership are assessed with clarity and details


The Quality, Expenditure, Duration and Schedule are discussed with the client representative or Manager and any other concerns of the client are dealt with in details.


A formal Quotation is proposed to the client once the requirements are understood clearly.


A contract is signed or a purchase order mentioning all the specifications, price, payment schedule, deadline etc. is accepted as is convenient to the client


Next the Project Manager assigns the project to a native linguist or a team of linguists. The selection of linguist is based on the skill, expertise, and technical knowledge that the work demands


The Project Manager is the catalyst between the linguist/s and the client and he supervises the progress of the project on a day-to-day basis


Completed project is delivered to the client in the required format and style as far as possible on or before the deadline
